ORIGIN ONE REVIEW - India's first ever monthly subscription of Origin One stationery and design products

I'm sorry for publishing this review so late. It's 6 months behind the schedule. I guess I have proved that I'm the world's biggest procrastinator.

Anyways, let's talk about India's first & only stationery subscription service (not sure about the last part though) Originone. 

I love subscription boxes and find it hard to not to buy them. When I came across this service last year, I had to try it out. After going through all of their items, I opted for 

Stationery Subscription Box - Big Box/1 time/Next Mystery Box of Rs 2100 including Rs 100 shipping charges.

This box is shipped on the coming 25th, so I had to wait for a month for it to arrive, because I ordered it on 27/10/16.

Here are all the products that I received in the box -

  Christmas Greeting Card

  Rs. 175.00

  PASSPORT NOTEBOOK

  WHITE GIFT TAGS

  Rs. 350.00

 

  After going through these items, I was not satisfied with a subscription box  for the first time. First of all, my address was typed incorrectly, I don't know how it reached me. There were several dents on the box and the packet was poorly packed. 

The concept of subscription box is to offer additional value on top of the actual retail products contained in a box, but the value of these items is Rs 2095, almost of what I paid. And when I  emailed them about my concerns they replied - 'This is what you get & this is how  we send it.'

 Having experienced many subscription services, this was one of my least favorite box. It's overly priced and I don't think I'll be visiting their site again, at least for now.
